Thoughtful time is spent with comparisons with other homes and extensive marketing of your home in much different public and private web sites. Open houses are frequent and are the norm to try and get the best buyer possible for your home. Besides doing the best job of selling my house I want to let you know that Kimberly is well known and respected in this business. Your final transaction will go smoothly because all "t's" are crossed and "I's" dotted. She follows the transaction very closely to its finish. If an agent that brings a buyer does not do his or her part completely she will make sure it is done with no complaints. I should also say that Kimberly recognizes quality and will let you know if your house is quality. I have met several agents that expressed themselves lukewarmly regarding my beautiful home when interviewing them. It made me feel uneasy. I could really tell you that other homes in the market did not have nearly the beautiful finishes that this home did. I had at least 6 potential buyers that were just crazy over the quality and finishes. Several brought their extended families back and stayed for hours in the house. As an owner of a condo in the Bungalows, I listed my unit with Kimberly Mills. I lived in my unit for approximately 2 years. I noticed that when another owner listed with Kimberly Mills it sold quickly. I spoke to Kimberly about my problem of being unable to manage to live with stairs in my home due to knee pain.
