My Real Estate career started just after having completed 4 years in the Navy stationed from the Philippines to Camp Pendleton then onto Long Beach, Ca. In 1977, I entered the World of Real Estate in
the Antelope Valley, Ca (North L.A. County). I immediately jumped into the land aspect of Real Estate not only representing clients from all over the world but also tackling the areas of development from splitting parcels to building custom homes, an apartment building and a tract of homes. My business expanded into the Santa Clarita Valley and beyond. I was fortunate in the early 1990 to represent a multitude of Banks/ financial institutions in the depositions of their properties. I still represent a number of servicers and Government entities today.
